To delete a synced firm:
- Log in to your Betterment account
- Select your name at the top right and click “Settings”
- Select the tab called “External accounts”
- Choose the firm you would like to delete
- Select “Delete firm” on the bottom right
Deleting cannot be undone. If you’d like to see the account again, please sync it.
Instead of deleting a firm entirely to remove a specific account, you can simply hide the specific account from view.
